Wow, what a great place to eat! Food was good, thr smoked wings were exceptional! What really sets this place apart is the service!!!!! The attention to detail exceeds what you would get a a Michelin star restaurant!!!! Great job done by all!!!! Anna D. Was our server, simply wonderful!!!!
My family and I went to Clyde’s Table and Tavern for dinner tonight and called ahead to put our name on the list and were told it would be an hour wait, so we went upstairs and hung out at their bar. It was lovely, but what made it even better was one of the hostess’ came up to keep checking on us and making sure we were okay. She was so awesome and made the wait so much easier. When we sat for dinner, our server was Ed and he was great!! Super attentive and friendly We got the fried pickles as a starter - amazing. For my main, I got the pulled pork grilled cheese and holy crap it was amazing!!! The owner, Ward, came to chat with us for a bit and he was so great!! We talked for awhile and said bye before we left. Overall the food was absolutely incredible, but the service was even better! 10/10 will be coming back I loved Clyde’s so much
Went inside and its ALL 5's!! Saw open seating at the bar. The bartender was awesome. She was on top of everything going around her. The food was delicious. Blackened Catfish was prepared perfectly and LOVED their coleslaw. Even provided bags to carry out the to go boxes. Would definitely go there again. Thank you, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Went here for lunch with a few acquaintances after we had hiked the Raven Cliff Falls trail. They had a good selection of food for lunch and the interior was small yet cozy. I decided to get a French Dip sandwich which the waitress said was a good choice and a Moscow Mule. My mule was good with Ginger beer being substituted for ginger ale which was nice as it was sweeter and not too strong. Some of the others also ordered sandwiches, chicken fingers and a salad which we all noted as being very generous in terms of portion size. As for my French Dip, it was as the waitress said! The meat was very tender with not a lot of fat and along with the sauce made it very savory. The fries were also cooked well being just right. Overall we were all satisfied with the food service and atmosphere.
Nice local place to grab some dinner. Had the fried mozzarella sticks which was not a normal menu item and they seemed homemade and very tasty. For the entree I had the smoked brisket with sweet potato fries and green beans which were also pretty good. Nice rustic decor as well.
The food was fabulous and priced really well. Our server Maggie was the best! They had a dog friendly area and brought our fur baby water without even asking. They had a very creative and delicious special of bacon wrapped quail. I highly recommend their salads (great dressings) and collard greens. I wish I'd had room to try more. I love the menu. Great find in our travels!
I wandered into Ol’ Clyde’s a couple weeks ago while out and about in Cleveland. The place had a very welcoming feel, and the staff were super attentive. My bartender Heidi was super bubbly and made every drink perfectly. I wasn’t in the mood for a meal, but I did grab the frog legs and the jalapeño grit fritters. Both were absolutely outstanding! If you’re ever in the area, I would definitely recommend giving Ol’ Clydes a try!
Wonderful food, all homemade and delicious! We started out with a Bloody Mary and it had all kinds of goodies in it: bacon, okra, olives, and a fried chicken tender. So delicious I had the fried chicken tenders platter w/ fries & slaw. My sister had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection with homemade turnip greens and salad with homemade dressing. We recommend this place 100%. Delicious!
